Three days in the Tuscan countryside, with plenty of food, drinks and time together — followed by one final morning for slow coffees and goodbyes. Here’s what we have planned for our few days at the Borgo. We’ll share the finer timings closer to the wedding, but this should give you everything you need to start planning your trip.
Arrive, settle into the Borgo and let the celebrations begin. Once everyone has had a chance to get settled, we’ll get together for an informal pizza party with drinks — our first evening together and a chance to catch up, meet everyone and ease into the few days ahead.
Nothing too formal: just pizza, drinks and a relaxed Tuscan evening.

Come in whatever you feel comfortable in. Think summer evening in Tuscany rather than wedding attire — we want this night to feel easy and informal.

Monday · Ci sposiamo
The wedding
The reason we’re all here. Take your time in the morning, enjoy the Borgo and get ready for the celebrations. The wedding won’t begin until later in the afternoon, so there’s no need for an early start.
We’ll get married at Borgo della Meliana, followed by aperitivo, an Italian wedding dinner, drinks, music and plenty of dancing until 2am.

Formal · summer wedding attire
We’d love everyone to use the wedding day as an excuse to dress up with us. Gentlemen: please avoid shorts and wear trousers with a shirt, suit or similar formal wedding attire. Ladies: dresses, jumpsuits and other formal wedding outfits are all perfect; we just ask that white and predominantly white outfits are kept for the bride.
It’ll be June in Tuscany, so elegant but summer-friendly is definitely encouraged.

Tuesday · La festa continua
Pool party
No rushing home the morning after. Tuesday is all about slowing things down and spending the day by the pool with pasta, drinks, music and hopefully plenty of Tuscan sunshine.
Swim, relax, have another drink, eat some pasta and recover from the night before.

07WEDNESDAY · JUNE
Arrivederci
Sadly, all good things have to come to an end.
After three days of celebrating together, it’ll be time to pack up, say our goodbyes and leave the Borgo. Check-out is by 10am.
Whether you’re heading home or continuing your trip through Italy, we hope you’ll leave with slightly sore heads, full stomachs and plenty of good memories.
Until next time, Tuscany. ♡
A relaxed few days
Plenty of time to enjoy it.
Although we have three days of celebrations planned, we don’t want our time together to feel like one long schedule.
Outside of the main events, there’ll be plenty of time to enjoy the Borgo, sit by the pool, have a drink, catch up with people and take things at your own pace.
We’ll share the exact timings closer to June 2028 so everyone knows when they need to be somewhere — and when there’s absolutely nothing they need to be doing.
